  • The Purpose of Your Role

    The Healthcare Compliance Director will oversee and continuously improve our healthcare compliance delivery model, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates healthcare compliance issues/ concerns.

    The Qualifications We’re Looking For

    • 3 years in a healthcare compliance role with a proven track record of success
    • Must be a board-certified RN (Registered Nurse)
    • Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, OIG and other federal and state healthcare-related laws
    • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical practices
    • Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g. CHC, CHPC) is highly desirable
    • Proven track record of quality execution, results-driven mindset, and sense of urgency in resolving challenges as they arise
    • Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
    • High level of integrity and professional ethics
    • Proficient is the use of healthcare information systems and quality management software

    • Provide leadership and oversight to the compliance committee, fostering collaboration, coordination, accountability, and continuous process improvement
    • Schedule and lead meetings, prepare agendas, effectively document information, and communicate action items and risks
    • Ensure timely resolution of roadblocks; manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with our healthcare compliance delivery model
    • Facilitate decision making involving the executive team as necessary
    • Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor within the healthcare vertical
