The Skilled Nursing Services Director will be joining a hospital district that offers a wide-range of inpatient acute care services including general medical and surgical care, emergency services, dietary, laboratory, radiology, and skilled nursing care. This hospital district also provides Surgical and Family Practice clinics, Home Health and Hospice, and a Senior Living and Residential Care Center.

    Reporting directly to the facility Administrator, the Skilled Nursing Services Director will be supported by an amazing team of Staff Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nurse Supervisors, and RN Care Managers. This Nurse Director will also work alongside departmental teams of administrative and clinical staff within the hospital.

    The Skilled Nursing Services Director will oversee the hospital's Senior living and residential care center. This care center is staffed around the clock with a dedicated team of care nurses and other certified nursing professionals. The Senior living and residential care center has direct 24 hour access to local physicians and other hospital staff to ensure efficient and quality care for all of its residents. This facility also offers comprehensive restorative care and physical therapy programs to help its residents return home as soon as possible.

    As Skilled Nursing Services Director, this person will have direct administrative responsibility for all clinical activities and functions of the nursing services department. The Director will oversee and verify the compliance and adherence to hospital standards as it pertains to the care provided to all age groups. The Skilled Nursing Services Director will serve as a resource and mentor to all existing and new nursing personnel. This person will work closely with the RN Care Manager to ensure that all treatments and care plans are administered to patients as directed.
