Role and Responsibilities:
- π‘ Provide exceptional at-home infusion care to patients in Macon, focusing on individualized treatment.
- π Administer IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments effectively and safely.
- π Perform ongoing health assessments of patients, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- π Ensure accurate documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare standards.

Qualifications:
- π Required nursing degree with significant RN experience, or IV Certified LVN/LPN with relevant experience.
- π Active RN license in Georgia.
