📋 Job Summary:
As the Director of the Emergency Services Department, you'll ensure high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department. Your responsibilities include:

• 🚑 Identifying and solving problems affecting the service.
• 📢 Participating in hospital-wide committees and advancing the patient experience.
• 👩‍⚕️ Coaching and mentoring subordinates.
• 💼 Communicating departmental and industry information.
• 🌟 Building strong relationships to achieve organizational goals.
• 🔄 Enforcing standards of emergency department care.
• 📈 Monitoring compliance with regulations and overseeing quality care.
• 💼 Supporting the recruitment process to secure talent.

🎯 Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:

• 👩‍🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (required).
• 🎓 Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 🏥 3 years of experience in emergency services.
• 👥 3 years of leadership experience.
• 📜 Current registered professional nurse license.
• 🩺 ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications.
