St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a full time Social Services Director. The Social Services Director oversees the overall operation of the Resident and Family Services Department; organizes and plans Social Service Programs for residents and patients based on their individualized needs within the facility; coordinates activities with the community, outside facilities and agencies that can provide economic, psychological, and medical assistance; and helps the resident, patient, staff, and families with issues that impacts or prevents adjustment or any other aspect of the resident’s quality of life. DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is Required
• 1 Year Experience in a Similar Role is Preferred
