The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Chittenango NY is currently seeking an Food Service Director

Small 80 bed Facility

The will assist in the planning, organizing, developing and direction of the overall Dietary Department in accordance with the current applicable Federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Requirements Include:

• Minimum one year of experience in large-scale cooking.
• Must have extensive knowledge of food management, menu planning, and dietary therapy.
• Must have knowledge of food purchasing and inventory control
• Reliable Transportation.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep.
• Must be able to do some physical work.
• Should be a strong team player.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
