Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in senior care, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to lift and move clients with proper body mechanics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
