Job Summary
Manage the food & beverage operations of the resort to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibility:
Human Resources/Payroll The Food & Beverage Manager writes and delivers hourly performance reviews. Ensures schedules are completed in an appropriate time and manages overtime hours. Conducts interviews for new food & beverage applicants. Manages all food & beverage food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications. Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.
