Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Guaranteed hours: 40/week
Shift: Days, 7a-.4p 40hr guarantee
Under the direct supervision of the Multi-site Director of Food Services manages day-to-day operations of the food service department to achieve high quality food delivery & customer service in food service department at all campuses.
Plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to resident/patient nutrition care and food service complying with the standards established by the client.
Leads supervisors, diet technicians and patient service staff. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to patient/resident care. Level of impact is within own operation.
Provides oversight of diet office software menu systems and successful interface of the menu system with food production and service.
Acts on behalf of the organization, managing supervisors and staff to ensure that menu/meal service is provided for all patients as a level consistent with department standards.
Approves time off, vacation and weekly payroll for all food service staff

Training or ability to train and manage dietary office systems required.
