Food Services Assistant Manager
Granite Recovery Centers is looking for a food service assistant manager to be responsible for assisting the food services manager in the operations and daily activities of a kitchen. They are responsible for every single meal that is served out of the kitchen. The assistant manager would be responsible for greeting clients, assisting with ordering food and supplies, assisting with resolving client issues and complaints, and training new employees. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, broad knowledge of business functions and management experience. The ability to support and assist the day-to-day operations of a highly productive, fast-paced kitchen. Ensure the kitchen is run efficiently, mitigate risk, and ensure the needs of the clients and staff are met by the kitchen and the kitchen staff.
