Summary:
Plans, organizes, directs, measures, evaluates and improves the food service function of Food and Nutrition Services. Develops and implements policies and procedures that facilitate the integration of the service into the organizations primary function of quality care and services.Requires ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire.
Requires 5 years of higher-level lead-type Food/Nutrition Services responsibilities with an Associates in a related field, or 3 years with a Bachelor's. Anyone hired into this position on or after 1/1/2023 must meet the required education and experience as shown.
