Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring efficient and effective performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training
- Conduct interviews to hire qualified candidates
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions as needed
- Implement sales management techniques to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
