Supervise the delivery of patient care services, quality outcomes and teammate performance within area of responsibility. Prioritizes the patient experience and outcomes while striving to provide care in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Works with other clinical departments and peers to improve the coordination of care and assist the department in achieving the desired outcomes. Seeks opportunities to grow the program further and is an active participant in strategic planning for area of responsibility. Provides high quality, direct clinical care as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology.
Experience: Three (3) years' experience required; prior management experience in rehabilitation field preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current South Carolina licensure to practice in respective therapy discipline is required. Must have a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card.
