Job Specific Duties
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
3 years proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Proficiency in inventory control and cost management
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff
Experience in catering operations is a plus
Certification in Culinary Arts or Kitchen Management is advantageous
