To plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Services in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility. To assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that Dietary Services is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
• National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 2 years of experience in dietary or food services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Specific vocational training in food or nutritional training. This training can be provided in a school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.
• 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
• Experience in a health care setting.
