SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Food Service Assistant Manager will assist their store manager in meeting station operational, sales and profitability objectives and serve the customer’s needs through a trained, friendly, responsive staff. They will assist in the day-to-day operation of the store. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing outstanding service to customers at all times, training, developing and coaching Food Service Associates and Baristas, completion of daily and scheduled reporting, knowing and executing every task within the store or station, and maintaining and developing manager and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively meet challenges. The desired candidate must be able to work flexible hours, be people orientated, and display excellent leadership skills. Previous management experience in Food Service or convenience stores is desired.
