Food Services Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the organization's food service function. Maintains food storage level and report when it's low. Being a Food Services Supervisor reviews menus and supervises the handling and preparation. Ensures quality standards for foods are followed. Additionally, Food Services Supervisor maintains cleanliness of working area and the facilities. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Food Services Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. How you will help people every day::- Greeting of guests to the building, providing explanation of our menu, and ordering process for our daily specials as well as our Always Available Menu.
- Meeting and talking with guests on a daily basis and taking meal orders.
- Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on input in the Nutrition Management program.
- Printing of meal production sheet for each meal and meal tickets.
- Updating of the daily menu for the dining rooms.
- Assist with the serving of meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, and prepare and serve food and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.
You will earn: :- Starting Wages $13.50 per hour

We need your help with these scheduling needs::- Full Time
- - Morning Shift / Day Shift - 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Includes rotating weekends and some holidays
- No late nights!
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team::- ServSafe and Allergen Trained
- Starbucks Barista trained is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
- Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
- Good time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to be flexible in responding to changing demands.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative Care!
