About the job:
The Home Care Supervisor Under the supervision of the Clinical Care Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and operational effectiveness of the Home Care department for Senior Community Care of Colorado (SCCCO). Participates in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Meeting as required and acts as the Home Care Coordinator representative. Provides direct supervision to all home care Personal Care Attendants and C.N.A.s.
