- 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Oasis experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred, but we will provide training.
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patients.
- COVID Vaccination preferred - Exemptions permitted with weekly testing
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)
