Candidates who are studying health administration, management and public health can also apply. This job provides an opportunity for students to work during their studies and to gain the first-line experience in healthcare field.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and answering patient customer phone calls
• Coordinating with nurses, therapists and home aides for new admissions and scheduling necessary patient visits
• Coordinating with physicians, case managers of medical centers to ensure the safety and satisfaction of patients
• Responding to patients' requests and coordinating with DME and medical supply providers
• Tracking patients' requests and assuring patients' needs are satisfied
• Maintaining and tracking accurate, updated records of patients

Requirements:

• Studying in nursing schools
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Enthusiastic to help people and understanding the needs of patients
