We are currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our collaborative team.
As the Nurse Supverisor, provides supervision to nursing staff and professional nursing care to residents as prescribed by a physician and in accordance with nursing practices standards and registered nurse scope of practice.
The Nurse Supervisor position is responsible to supervise day-to-day nursing functions, while administering quality nursing care to residents, assessing residents’ health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team, and evaluating medical resident care. A Nursing Supervisor functions as a Charge Nurse and assists in the direction and supervision of other nursing personnel and helps to promote a positive physical and psychosocial environment among residents and staff.

Qualifications
· Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing is necessary. Completion of Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· Current RN license is required. Employee must be in good standing with the state. Possession of a current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers CPR certificate is required.
· Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved. Prior experience as a Staff Nurse is required. A minimum of one year as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience in an assisted living facility is preferred..
We have part-time and prn positions is available. Weekend availability is a plus.
