KVC is seeking an In-Home Services Supervisor!!! The Supervisor of Intensive In-Home Services provides supervision and consultation to the aftercare team in order to facilitate/maintain safety, permanency and well-being.
This is a hybrid position. However, the person in this position will need to go to the office with staff at least once a week, be available to go out in crisis situations, and able to attend in person meetings when scheduled. The supervisor will need to work closely with the court and mental health center in this area to build relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned according to qualification of staff and development of programs.

Education:
Master’s degree in a field licensable by the BSRB
Licensure/Certification:
BSRB Licensure within the state of KS
Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
Experience:
Three years’ experience in children and family services
Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
