Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Provide care for patients with various conditions, including those with developmental disabilities, hospice care needs, or residing in assisted living facilities
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with patient care techniques and protocols
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of medical conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support to patients
