We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer. Preferably with Food services buying experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am Start time

Job responsibilities include:

• Partner with Proformance Locations distribution centers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventories match demand requirements
• Receive and verify shipments from vendors
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates
• Analyze purchasing data to ensure accuracy of information, purchasing procedures and identify any discrepancies, etc
• Resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance quickly and professionally
• Conduct all weekly operations processes including updating POs, tracking freight, managing production issues, paying invoices, scrubbing data and managing inventory levels.
• Work with a team of internal high-achievers to continue building, growing, and improving on our offsite production capabilities

At a minimum, you have...

• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• 1-3 years of procurement and/or sourcing experience in a food services or restaurant environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
