Brumley's Restaurant and The General Morgan Inn are currently seeking a new Food and Beverage Supervisor who is looking to enjoy highly competitive compensation and gratuities, a vibrant and exciting work environment, and the finest training in all of Tennessee. All that is required is a friendly smile and a desire to succeed.

Some of the responsibilities of the position include:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the catering, banquet, and restaurant departments.
• Report to and work alongside the General Manager on issues pertaining to service, staff, and all equipment needs.
• Respond to the needs and requests of guests and potential guests at all times.
• Maintain and grow knowledge in areas of food service, wine service and bartending.
• Oversee individual banquets or restaurant dining periods in “Manager on Duty” role.
• Guide, train and oversee all Food and Beverage staff to ensure flawless execution of banquet events and restaurant service.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
