The candidate should excel in maintaining organized product information files and purchase order records, demonstrating proficiency in using computerized systems to prepare and place purchase orders efficiently. Vendor evaluation, including interviews to assess products and supplier capabilities, is a routine aspect of this position.
Proactivity is highly encouraged, and the candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining vendor agreements, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
