How to Succeed:

· Prior Banquet Set-Up experience preferred

· Take pride in setting up and executing events flawlessly

· Ability to read room diagrams and follow instructions

· Ability to move tables, chairs, and reset rooms in a timely manner

· Follow instructions quickly and carefully

· Help ensure adherence to all policies and procedures

· Be willing to accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth

· Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

· **Prior Banquet Set-Up experience preferred, but on-the-job training is available for strong candidates**
