Under the direction of the Beverage Manager, the Assistant Beverage Manager is responsible for the direct management of all beverage venues and personnel. In joining our team, you commit to supporting this mission by demonstrating our customer service standards at all times, and to holding all team members to the same. An Associate Degree or higher; or previous work experience from an equal or higher position with very similar job responsibilities and business volumes is required. A minimum of (3) three years supervisory experience in a beverage department of a high volume operation or a comparable position is required. Extensive knowledge of liquor, wine and beer required. Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods are required, including working any shift/day designated by the Food and Beverage department.
