We prefer those with prior food serving experience, but we will also train those who are focused, engaging and attentive. We are a customer "guest" focused, friendly and professional establishment. As such, our food and beverage servers are responsible for the entire experience that a guest has at a restaurant. They are responsible for greeting guests, answering menu questions, taking drink and food orders (we use Toast POS), and making the guest experience the best it can be. They are responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to their assigned table guests plus all other guests at every visit. To succeed as a Food and Beverage Server, you should have a neat appearance with an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
