Food and Beverage Cashier Manager - Casino jobs in Austin, TX

• Maintain the highest levels of guest service and develop a rapport with both the hotel guests and the local clientele, meeting and greeting guests at the Restaurant, and handling guest complaints effectively and pleasantly.
  
• Conduct regular walkthroughs for maintenance in restaurants to continuously maintain or improve the physical properties.
  
• Ensure service standards are being met and exceeded. Offer support to staff when needed, offer corrections and coaching when applicable.
  
• Work with Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure service is seamless and consistent, regardless of the time of day or manager supervising.
  
• Help supervise and support all operations in the Mansion, the Pool, in Banquets, and In-Room Dining.
  
• Look for opportunities to improve service on all parts of the property. Communicate clearly with other members of the management staff to stay connected in this regard.
  
• Participate in weekly meetings with F&B Management staff. Work on projects assigned during these meetings and see them through to completion.
  

• Three or more years operating experience in a similar capacity in a top restaurant group or luxury hotel Food & Beverage department.
  
• Experience in maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations.
  
• Experience in completing administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, project management, etc.
