Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations at our sport-themed full-service establishment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to plan, direct, and evaluate all operations and activities.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for all team members.
- Develop and implement effective public relations programs to enhance community engagement.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Provide regular updates on marketing and advertising initiatives to the Senior Manager.
- Thorough understanding of restaurant and bar management principles.
- Familiarity with sport entertainment management practices.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, safety laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Industry
- Minimum of three years of experience in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Industry with Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts.
- Supervisory experience managing customer service and kitchen operations.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and Certified Food Manager certification.
- ServSafe and/or Food Handler credentials required.
- Acceptable eyesight and hearing.
- Ability to sit for long periods and operate office equipment.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
- Frequent interaction with people.
- Attendance at night and/or outdoor meetings may be required.
