Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
- Develop and execute creative and diverse menus in line with customer preferences and industry trends.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards to guarantee a clean and safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as based as full-time.
Salary: $50,000-$65,000, dependent on experience. This position includes bonus opportunities.
