Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including beverage carts, bar, golf bays and special events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate beverage cart staff to provide outstanding service and promote a positive team environment.
• Create and maintain effective schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours and special events.
• Collaborate with the team to design menus and specials that meet the preferences and dietary needs of our diverse clientele.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with members, guests, and vendors to enhance the overall dining experience and drive repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-end club or restaurant environment or previous leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets effectively.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
