Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. At least three years of experience as a food and beverage manager or supervisor in a hotel or similar establishment
2. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, best practices, and regulations
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
4. A customer-oriented and team-oriented attitude
5. A flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends and holidays
