SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision of all staff in assigned Food & Beverage work areas. Coordinates efforts for the assigned venue’s day-to-day operations following department policies and procedures. The Supervisor’s position will primarily be to supervise the staff in the assigned areas, but at times may include assisting with additional areas and events.
