JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining dining areas of service according to the brand’s quality and servicestandards
• Conducts walk through of dining and storage areas to ensure all areas are clean andorganized
• Covering extra shifts as required,inthe case of staff shortage, to ensure service standards aremaintained
• Ensures all policies and procedures as they relate to quality standards, uniform policy, cash handling, and qualitypresentation
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma / GED, post-high school educationpreferred
• Minimum of 1 year in hotel customer service role
