    Summary:

    This position will supervise Restaurant employees in the day to day shift operations and aid in the management of our Restaurant businesses to achieve customer satisfaction, high quality service, compliance with policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Supervise the day to day operations of our Restaurant and liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, compliance with procedures and safety regulations so an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are achieved.
    • Supervise the Restaurant employees; interview, recommend hiring, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, recommend performance reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline as appropriate.
    • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems in a timely manner to ensure a quality experience and enhance restaurant dining experience.
    • Supervise the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant and equipment during the shift to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
    • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
    • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. 

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Directly supervises restaurant and lounge personnel on shift. During event nights may supervise additional personnel, as needed.

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience

    Education Level – High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant. 

    Special Skills – Excellent communication and problem solving skills required.

    Language Skills

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers and other employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
