Summary: National Food and Beverage is currently seeking a Production Supervisor-1st Shift to ensure that production resources are adequately allocated to efficiently achieve the weekly production demand. The Production Supervisor will evaluate the rate of production labor usage and design reports to demonstrate those efficiencies. They will provide support to keep downtime and overtime to a minimum by ensuring proper training and communication with other team members. The supervisor will coordinate with R&D to ensure that new product launches are successful utilizing current equipment and plan and execute any additional facility needs associated with new projects. They will work cross-departmentally with Quality Assurance to ensure that all product produced meets all safety and quality specifications ensuring that production employees are trained and following all designated procedures.

Additional Information:
· Pay: $55k - $65k annually
· Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 4am weekends as needed
· Work Week: Full-time 40 hours per week
· Language: Must speak English and Spanish fluently, must read and write English fluently
