POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overall operations of the Beverage Department venues during scheduled shift, this includes all bar areas and beverage service on the casino floor. Monitor Beverage team to ensure compliance with Title 4 & CCCH policies and procedures, while providing exceptional guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Able to follow directions effectively.
b. Able to plan and be well organized.
c. Have knowledge of beverage training, purchasing, inventory control and scheduling.
d. Be computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
