    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Complex Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a strong background in food and beverage management.

    The Complex Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within our organization, as well as managing all aspects of banquet events.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic hospitality environment.

    1. Multi-Location Oversight :

    • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage operations across multiple locations.
    • Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures at each venue.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control and efficiency.

    2. Banquet Event Management :

    • Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
    • Collaborate with event planners, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and exceed customer expectations.
    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of banquet personnel to ensure optimal service levels.

    3. Staff Leadership and Development :

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

    4. Inventory and Cost Control :

    • Monitor inventory levels and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
    • Implement effective cost control measures and waste reduction strategies.

    5. Customer Satisfaction :

    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
    • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
    • Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences to enhance their overall dining and event experience.

    6. Compliance and Safety :

    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as liquor laws and licensing requirements.
    • Conduct regular inspections and training sessions to promote a culture of safety and cleanliness.
    • Take appropriate measures to address any issues or violations promptly and effectively.

    Required Qualifications :

    Preferred Qualifications :

    Associates degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
