SUMMARY: Stocking of fixed and portable concession locations and vending commissaries to the proper par levels set forth by the Concessions Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor will also oversee the day-to-day activities of the Warehouse Associates up to and including direction of product movement, receiving product from suppliers, and checking up on assigned tasks with all Warehouse Associates.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct Warehouse Associates on day-to-day duties
- Pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of special event locations and concessions portables
- Responsible for cleaning all concessions equipment and performing preventative maintenance as necessary
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices are being followed at all times
- Stocking of concession locations pre, during, and post events as needed
- Securing all product at conclusion of events
- Removal of waste from locations
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for training new Warehouse Associates and ensuring their daily tasks have been performed up to standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks
- Prior forklift experience is preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Ability to move up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, Holidays and full stadium events
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
WORK ENVIRONMENT- Due to the nature of the position, incumbents must be able to work in inclement weather
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS- Forklift license preferred
