About Us
360° Hotel Group is a growing company with around 200 employees, all spread out at our six hotels on or near the Washington Coast. We are a company that values our employees as much as we do our guests, so we are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to delight our guests and join a fun team at the new 5x5 Restaurant at the Staybridge Hotel in Mukilteo!
What to Expect
We are passionate about hospitality and making food that looks and tastes delicious! If you've been working as a line cook and want a less stressful experience that allows you to manage others, this is a great opportunity. If you're fresh out of culinary school and want to impact the planning and menu of a kitchen instead of working as a sous chef, this is for you. If you're tired of working in a stressful environment but have an eye for detail and love communicating with guests, this position is for you. You'll oversee one or two staff members and ensure our plate presentation creates some "Wow!" for our customers. We are looking for someone who loves food and service as much as we do. As the supervisor in the kitchen, you must be able to direct instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. You must be deft when moving around the kitchen and apt for multi-tasking. You have your WA state food workers card and your alcohol server training certificate. You hold safety in high regard, protect against slips and falls, handle food properly, and serve alcohol responsibly. You wear a genuine smile and proactively engage guests in conversation, keeping an ear tuned to ways that you can turn poor experiences around and communicating with the rest of the hotel to keep service standards consistently high throughout each guest's stay. You take pride in your work, the hotel, and 360 Hotel Group to ensure we exceed our guests' expectations.
Please Note: Our kitchen does not have ranges/stoves, so you don't have to worry about cooking food over a flame. You will also work closely with our bartender, so you won't need to worry about mixing cocktails or other drinks.
