Hamilton Club seeks new talent at our Food & Beverage Server position. All persons are welcomed to apply; persons with no experience in the industry are especially encouraged to apply. At Hamilton Club, food and beverage servers will be thoroughly trained such that at the conclusion of the training, successful candidates will be equipped to be excellent servers anywhere in the US. Also, Hamilton Club will train talented and capable team members to become bartenders, further equipping team members for future growth in hospitality. Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Pay Rate: $14-16

The Club is open year round (closed two weeks during summer), and hosts two restaurants and two bars. The menu features club classics as well as Avant Garde cuisine. The right fit for The Hamilton Club is a person who enjoys stability, professionalism, comradery, passion for the industry, and a fun work environment. The club is closed Sundays, Easter Monday, Mother's Day Monday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Job Details:
- A la carte restaurants are open Mon-Sat; a busy night is 50-60 restaurant covers & 200 banquet covers.
- Standard shifts are 10:00-3:00pm or 4:00-10:00pm.
- Clean and organized candidates with good hygiene are preferred.
Key Job Skills :
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Must work well independently as well as with the team.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Hamilton Club is a drug free work environment - the accepted candidates will be required to pass a drug test after an offer is extended.
