This position assists the General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager in all facets of food and beverage by supervising the work activities of dining room and kitchen staff and ensuring high levels of guest service and product satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience working in food and beverage and knows the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the dining room demands.
