ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversees team members and delegates duties in individual food and beverage outlets during their assigned shift.
2. Assist with developing and motivating employees by providing ongoing feedback, based on establish parameters set forth by the company.
3. Assists with scheduling the operations to ensure efficiency and that the best possible service is provided to guests.
4. Adheres to controls to ensure compliance to department procedures; recommends changes in procedures to management, to ensure maximum service, efficiency and security of company funds.
5. Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns. Follows up to ensure matters are resolved quickly and appropriately.
6. Works closely with the Culinary, Warehouse, and Accounting departments.
7. Regular attendance required.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
