Role:
In the analyst / consultant role, you will work within a team project environment and will act as support for the business transaction team. This support will include participating in client and internal calls and project planning, reviewing client and industry benchmark data, developing analytical models, performing market analysis/research, and drafting summary reports or other advisory letter documents. Representative clients comprise both private and public entities in the healthcare industry including fortune 500 companies, hospitals and health systems, physician groups, and ancillary clinics. You will work closely with several team members and will report to a manager, director, or partner for each project.
Education: (Degree and degree fields) & Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates)
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics or business / healthcare administration
Experience: Minimum years of experience
- No experience required; internships in finance or healthcare operations preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:
- Demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Understanding of data analysis methods
- Excellent analytical, project-management, communication, interpersonal, and team skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skill set (Note: after the initial interview/s, an advanced excel aptitude test will be administered)
Work environment / Other information (Travel required, schedules, etc.)
