Responsibilities:

• Disburse payments and/or make corrections to Tax, Hazard, and MI/PMI lines per guidelines.
• Process Mortgage payments in the Mortgage software
• Communicate with third party vendors and perform file maintenance as required.
• Explain tax and insurance account disclosure statement to members which can include surplus, shortages, and deficiencies. May produce short-term analysis as needed.
• Process yearly mortgage escrow analysis
• Send mortgage statements and late notices to members
• Assist with yearly property tax payments.
• Monthly insurance monitoring and payments between FLCU and Allied
• Mortgage payoff and account verifications
• Process email and/or calls from members and research customer service requests
• Supports branch staff and call center by phone and email.
• Reviews, processes, and inputs information into mortgage servicing system for ACH payment processing.
• Onboard Loans to mortgage software
• Comply with All GSE serviced loans and CFPB requirements.
• Assist with processing mortgage modifications, foreclosures, and skip payments.
• Other tasks assigned by SVP Finance/CFO.
• Force place insurance processing and balancing.
• Compliance with OFAC, and the Bank Secrecy Act

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting and three years’ related experience and/or training
• Any similar combination of education and experience
