Forecast Analyst jobs in Huntington, WV

Forecast Analyst analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the amount of finished product that will be produced. Determines the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast. Being a Forecast Analyst works with other departments within the organization to determine optimal inventory levels. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Forecast Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Forecast Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Role, responsibilities, and skill sets:

    Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer s end users.
    Resolve or Route incidents and requests to appropriate teams
    Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution.
    Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls.
    Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumventions.
    Work closely with helpdesk peers in cross-training, development/implementation of operational excellence procedures and fostering teamwork.
    Work closely with support staff to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems.
    Perform effectively as a project leader or project team member as required for helpdesk projects and internal assignments.
    Willing to participate in on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities.
    Troubleshooting mobile devices (knowledge of AirWatch/Mobile Iron/Blackberry/Good for Enterprise is a plus)
    Willing to work in different shifts and national holidays as required by Operations.

    Remote desktop connectivity applications (TeamViewer, LiveMeeting, Windows Remote Assistance
    Knowledge of Lync and OCS
    MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook
    Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
    Anti-virus and firewall software
    PC Hardware knowledge
    o Desktop
    o Laptop
    o Peripheral devices (printers, scanners)

    Mobile devices and OS (iOS/Android/Windows)
    PC Hardware knowledge

    (1.) To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers. (2.) To provide level 1 remote desktop support to resolve tickets orprovide hardware or software or network problem diagnosis or resolution via telephoneoremailorchat within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time. (3.) To update worklogs and follow shiftor escalation process to escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialistsorroute problems to 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff as the case be. (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and self development. (5.) To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent , Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements and company policies. (6.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time ( AHT), rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
