Responsible for leading the coordination between manufacturing and customer expectations. Create supply plans to execute forecast demand and ensure materials and products are available. Responsibility for facilitating the S&OE process, focusing on managing business assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, performing gap/bridge and customer analysis. Monitors forecasts and customer patterns to identify changes and determine their effect on supply chain activities. Works closely with other Supply Chain functions, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to implement & execute planning strategies.
Lead critical programs or projects that target specific improvement opportunities to reduce costs and lead times, resolve quality issues, or increase supply dependability and flexibility.
Develop procedures for coordinating supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, operations, and finance.
Create communication forums to address off-cycle problems and close gaps to plan.
Lead the S&OE supply reviews and facilitate supply-planning sessions with the operations teams.
Analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, generate reports, and present findings to upper management and other departments.
Facilitate data-based discussions with other team members to drive forecast improvement and efficiencies.
Serves as a Supply Chain Planning Leader.
Uses Advanced Planning tools/systems skills Logility, JDE, Opscenter APS (Preactor), JDA, SAS.
Responsible for project management.
Responsible for process development and optimization.
Lead S&OE Reviews.

Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or closely related field and 2 years’ of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
Up to 20% Travel Required.
