The First Fertility network provides the support of an experienced leadership team and corporate departments to help ease the burden of non-patient care activities for practices within the network.


    Summary
    : Responsible for providing analysis, insight, and direction on the company’s past and future financial performance. This position will also be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial trends requiring management’s attention and will independently generate models and analysis to support proposals. Provides insights and recommendations to all functional departments.


    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a key business partner for clinical leaders throughout the First Fertility Network
    • Prepare monthly and fiscal year end forecasts and flash reports.
    • Prepare and update as needed the company’s 5-year strategic plan.
    • Prepare analysis and forecasts that support business acquisitions, capital calls and debt raises along with presentations that convey the results of the analysis.
    • Prepare and maintain debt covenant compliance calculations and forecasts.
    • Manage the design, preparation, evaluation and validation of complex financial and operating reports, both routine and ad-hoc.
    • Perform and review analysis and interpretation of trends and variances in business performance, interacting with cross functional peers on a frequent basis.
    • Originate and develop analyses to help leadership better understand financial trends and financial opportunities.
    • Collaborate with business partners to ensure insightful business understanding, accurate forecasting, and appropriate cost control.
    • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analysis, where possible.
    • Drive the development and implementation of models and tools that allow for increased, efficient analytical capabilities.
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify and make recommendations on opportunities.
    • Work side-by-side with VP of Financial Planning and Analysis and Controller to ensure seamless financial and operational reporting.
    • Assist in Annual Operating and Capital Expenditure Budget.

    • BS Degree in Finance-related discipline and 4 years of financial analysis experience
    • Strong experience developing a budget and forecasts.
    • Deep knowledge of Financial Analysis concepts, principles and processes
    • Knowledge of FP&A software platforms
    • General knowledge of healthcare and private equity
    • Strong analytic and data utilization skills. General knowledge of accounting practices and principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to identify organizational and business partnership needs and take appropriate action to meet those needs.
    • Ability to work well in tight timeframes and deadlines, and to distill complex concepts into simplest components.
